That is stealing in my book. Might as well try to pickpocket pax when they get in your car. You are bound to score bigger than 4 bucks.

BTW I wouldn't post anything that might possibly lead to uber deactivating me.

Hmm.... I don't use the app, but can't Uber backtrack and see where you were at any given time when you were signed in? Like when the would be pax complains about the charge. The pax would also see where you were when you accepted the ping, right?
