these guarantee hourly rates kill fares. There are no surges and less work bc every driver logs on to try and get there $25/$27 per hour rate. It kills me. Not only are there less surges but I can't even get a fare in the area I'm in. They should be more selective of who qualifies for these guarantees.

Depends on where you are. I was in Mt . airy yesterday, no surge, no other drivers, no work. drove from there to gtown finally a hit.
