email Uber at [email protected]. Give them your trip #. Tell them your details. They will fix it for you. It may take a few hours, or more for them to respond.

Or...you can go to that trip in your Uber app. Click on trip history. Click on that trip. Click need help. Click issue with trip. Click on didn't begin or end trip on time. Fill in info.
