I had a ride today from Microsoft campus over to the Ravenna area north of the U-district. There was a surge going on so I was happy to take the trip. Well, in stop and go traffic going over 520, the gps lost sync because we were in the tunnel for too long. The Uber app ended the ride on the east side of the 520 bridge. I was using waze and it continued to navigate me to the rider's destination. So, basically, I ended up getting shafted into a six mile trip and a fare of only $23. That should have easily been close to $40. How do I get this fixed with Uber? Any help is appreciated.

I did email uber support and it was fixed pretty much right away.

I was stuck in stop and go traffic inside a tunnel. I can't really think of any GPS that would have held the signal. In any case, it's painless to fix if it happens again.
