Follow that advice.
If you get a similar request from someone at a location where you can pick her up, you are far better off telling the customer, in a courteous and businesslike manor that she should request a ride when she is ready. In order for you to do the pick-up after two hours have elapsed, you would either have to:
1. Leave the request on your telephone, not take any other requests, then go to the address and pick-up the passenger at the appointed time. You would then do all the sliding and button pressing to run the trip.
2. Cancel the request (or let the customer), return at the appointed time, have the customer submit a new request when she emerges and hope that it goes to you.
Neither prospect is either profitable or good for you.
