Hey guys new ubernaught here. got my first 1-star rating yesterday - weird cos I got along great with all my passengers and only pick up 4.5 or higher riders, have a brand new car which I keep immaculate and don't remember anyone being unhappy... Not sure whether I should cry myself to sleep or fight through another day?? Wtf is this 'level of service' all about? Must be the entitled millennial vegan hipster took offence to the pleather seat covers lelll

Congratulations, expect many more, the reasons that riders give you one star are only limited by your imagination.
Just keep taking crap with a smile, kissing arse without dignity and providing a limousine service at horse and cart prices and you will always rate well.

That's par for the course, wait till you get accused of making sexually suggestive comments and have no right of reply. Uber privacy policy protects the accuser and it's on your record forever.
