i just bought this 2017 honda accord sport last week , financed for 16k
the other driver had a stop sign and i end up hitting him as i was going down straight , my whole front bumper came off and airbag came out . now what are my options if i fix this car its gonna be air bag deployed on carfax where i will loose lot of value plus i have lot of back pain and neck pain today . i work in dominos they said i cant claim lost wages for not having a car . please someone help me and can cop put 50/50 on report?

The car would be a total loss if the airbags came out. Do you have full coverage? I hope you have a dash cam so it would be only the other driver’s fault if he missed the stop sign.

i just got the car 1 week i was going down 23rd ave and this guy had stop sign he ran through the sign and i didnt notice and end up hitting his rear tyres now i need new car because i will loose all my value in this car .

All depends on the police report. If you didn't had the stop sign and other party had, then it shouldn't be your fault. If the police report states same, then you should claim other party insurance to get fix your car, and at the same time you can talk with lawyer if the police report supports you.

Police report doesn’t state who’s fault it is,just how it happened. it is for the insurance to determine so you can put a claim in with their insurance and likewise the other driver would likely do the same

50/50 is half damage. That's all the insurance will pay. Lost wage will depend first even if you got it it will be just half since it's 50/50 the second problem is you have to prove it. Now for medical bills you need someone to help you because I think your TLC insurance should pay for it. I knew a guy who did it before but not sure how. I know he had a lawyer. Now if you were online at that time contact black car found they will help you and send you some money. Again 50/50 is not in your side bro! Good luck you need it!!!

It has codes of contributing factors in the right top corner for each drivers and you need to check their definitions. For example a code is for "distracted driving" or "failure to yield right of way" or something like that. Insurances read those codes and make decisions accordingly.

Did you say your neck and back hurt? **** the car man go and try to get something out of that, should called an ambulance there too. I got like 3k for an accident like this i had many years ago, t bone rather. Car was a house car for car service though.

Yes my mom also got hurt in her eyes by airbag , my dad also got hurt too .

Always be looking even if you have no sign, slow up a bit expecting idiots, especially in those narrow Queens streets.

Sorry that does not help you now but its NYC there is so much that can happen to your ride. You have to be very diligent.

Once had one of those small little "smart" cars run a stop sign on me late at night in queens. He was going really fast atleast 40-45 and had the nerve to honk at me! Luckily my instinct and reflexes saved me and I also saw his headlights approaching. I always slow down in stop sign intersections even when I dont have the stop sign on my side. Also he wouldnt survive if his little toy car hit my tank
