Maybe stop copying and posting the same thing into multiple posts and creating a new thread with the exact same post? Maybe go out and drive? But still, there is an oversaturated market and too many drivers, you have to struggle to make a dime. I have consistently driven 40 hours per week in Niagara for the last 3 months and average $375 per week. Take away 20 percent for gas and that's $300 a week not including depreciation, taxes, and insurance on the car and that works out to $7.50 an hour, less hen minimum wage. Basically you run your car into the ground and collect the value of the car as you go along and at the front end because at the back end your car is worthless. Throw in oil changes and new tires and worn out brake pads and you are driving for a negative sum.
No, no, I think it's important he continues to copy and paste dissuading other drivers. We should help him by driving and reassuring him his pastes are still accurate...Maybe stop copying and posting the same thing into multiple posts and creating a new thread with the exact same post? U r better off than some drivers in torontoBut still, there is an oversaturated market and too many drivers, you have to struggle to make a dime. It's not about being accurate. I saw the same message on 3 threads. Wth is that sh!tTo be honest, he is accurate...the problem is he is in Niagara region and there is not many customers there...the only way to make some bucks in Uber is you live in dense city like Toronto and drive after 2 am to or late night to have drunks ridding and throwing up in your car...not worth it, besides a good night sleep is better than anything in the world, #$%^^ Uber!
I think he's just venting his frustration by posting it multiple times. Wants everyone to know that uber at the end of the day isn't such a viable option for living. ... And again ... and again ... and againIt's not about being accurate. I saw the same message on 3 threads. Wth is that sh!t
I understand. Hope he finds another gig that pays him better.I think he's just venting his frustration by posting it multiple times. Wants everyone to know that uber at the end of the day isn't such a viable option for living. ... And again ... and again ... and again
There are no drivers working part-time making $1500 per week. If they tell you that, its flat out lie. You'll need to work around 70 hours in a week to make that on UberX.Look, it's a side gig, but when you have to work 40 hours to make it a side gig it's frustrating. When I hear about all.these Toronto drivers making $1500 working part time I get jealous.
As most of us are familiar with Einsteins saying, "Doing the same thing multiple times expecting different result is the definition of insanity".But still, there is an oversaturated market and too many drivers, you have to struggle to make a dime. Enough with the self pity man. You're in Niagara and it's the middle of winter, what do you expect? You'll make money during tourist season on certain days of the week. It will be dead the rest of the time. There's like 5 people down there.Uber is like Real Estate, one guy like Trump makes 90 percent of the money and the other 99 percent fight for crumbs.
$1 per hour not including taxes.
I believe those were sponsored posting.Look, it's a side gig, but when you have to work 40 hours to make it a side gig it's frustrating. When I hear about all.these Toronto drivers making $1500 working part time I get jealous.
