I was on a ride from culver city to bob hope airport and it kicked me out no ride showing **** uber!!
Same f'ing problem for me too. took a pax from weho to bob hope. Couldn't end ride at the airport due to network error. After 15 minutes logged out and logged back in and the trip history shows nothing for that trip.

First of all.....it surged because there were no cars available.....not X, Black, SUV.........zilch

There were no cars available because no one could log on......either a system crash or intentional "get the drivers out" BS.

Third. I'm home in the AC.

I'm NOT going anywhere.

Screw them *****es.

Uber and PAX both.....not in the mood.

It happened for me while I was waiting for a pickup who was a no show. But when I tried to mark that it wouldn't let me so now I have to email Uber for that fee.

Network was down for 10-15 minutes. I checked Lyft and it was surging all over LA.

How does one escalate these "missing trips" to Uber? I have a 25 minute 2x missing. No trip ID, no trace. Any pointers on what to say to support?
I had a missing trip too, so there are probably a LOT. It happened to me a couple of weeks ago where the network error struck but I at least had the first part of the showing. This time the whole trip is missing.

Here's what did: I immediately emailed support and told them what time I tried to end the trip and the location, cause I remembered that part. I vaguely remembered where I picked them up, so I gave them that.

That's all you can do to start with! Good luck.
