My only issue was when they updated the Uber app to only transfer my money to the gobank card. I had never used it when I saw it mentioned a fee to have the card. So I never used it. Then they updated the app and made it the only option to deposit money. Then they sorta kinda fixed that issue by being able to select my regular bank ATM card but in order to accept that as the instant transfer you have to click CANCEL to accept that option. So I cancelled the go bank and even after requesting the gobank card to be removed from my account they still try to put money into it. So Now I actually lost my real ATM card and I'm screwed until I get a replacement. Since I had the Gobank as a back up. But UBER demands you use their system and not the one you've signed up for. You can say I'm crazy or it works for you. But I have plenty of emails telling me they won't remove a closed account from the deposit option and that they have known about the issue for weeks but still haven't fixed it.
