I applied to drive in my city almost 2 months ago. After numerous emails I was told Checkr still had my background report, I check the Checkr site and it says in HUGE letters report is complete. So I email uber support a screenshot of the Checkr screen. So after about 6 generic responses I finally get someone that says I should be active in 24-48 hours, that was a week ago and still nothing. How do I get a valid response or at least get my account active?

I have trying not to get frustrated but it's unreal. Especially because I keep getting different answers

i was thinking about going to my local office, maybe that could help.

i figure the email support guys are very limited on what they can do, and the people at the office will know a lot more

really? and by local i don't mean literally local.. i mean you might have to travel a couple hours away

like me i would have to travel 2-3 hours to visit their office

I think the closest Uber office is in Columbus Oh which is about 2 hours from Toledo. My only fear is I would get down there and get the same nonanswers that I have been getting online lol
