Had a ping at gated apartment complex. Get there and tried to call passenger twice for code. No answer. I cancel in app. Driving away I get same passenger ping again. I cancel again.
Is there a way to let Lyft know why I cancelled twice? I can't see those pings in driving history.

Why cancel? Sit at the gate and wait out the five minutes.

Go off line and send an email to support via "Help" in Lyft's dashboard. Explain what occurred so your side of the story is on the record.
