New year, but same old FUber just with different tricks....

I went out anting this morning, did a couple hours of stacked surged rides...only to end and find I just got one fare for my last (most recent ) ride, with at least $50 of fares "missing".

I tried to call Rohit, but the so-called "help" line wont go through (just ended calls after 1 ring), nor would messaging ("there's a problem on our end" excuses).

I of course logged off, went home, and stayed offline until I could get through to Rohit, and he returned my fares.

Has anyone else experience FUber stealing fares?

If you check the forum you were not the only one with problems today. Check them again tomorrow and see what is actually there and not. Then call.

FWIW when a fare goes missing for me it is usually during a stacked fare situation. You're busy and sometimes don't notice until later.
