Service dogs are not pets they are specialy trained to assit people and are protected and legally allowed anywhere with their owner. If you refuse to transport someone with a service dog you are opening your self to a discrimnation suit and de-activation from Uber.

Anyways service dogs are highly trained and will not act like normal pets.

Out of all of my trips I have only had 1 service dog.

Service dogs are very well behaved and should be viewed as an extension of a person rather than a pet. They are not pets! Keep in mind service animals can range from small emotional support dogs to larger guide dogs.

But regardless of size if it is a service dog you have to take them. All service dogs have a vest and ID to identify them as certified service animals.
