On DF on my way home tonight and I picked up three 1.5x surge UberX rides but the traffic sucked royally. Only averaged $22 per hour, with the surge, Nats Park to Georgetown, Georgetown to Chevy Chase, and Chevy Chase to Rockville. I forgot that's base rate of 2014 and that needs to be the floor rate before I even consider picking up. It needs to be 2.0x minimum during rush hour.
