Ive noticed many fake rider complaints lately.. totally uncalled for when my car is **** and span and im getting appearance issues?

Ill bet its the free rides they get for lying and complaining... pls stop refunding riders and giving them reasons to lie and get a free ride. Its just annoying for us drivers.

I bet taxi cabs r refunding every complainer too haha... what world do we live in now...

Uber seems like you can stop giving out hand jobs to your riders as they have no other options anyway and start rewarding drivers more...

The truth is; cabbies have been dealing with these smart a$$ people for long time.. They don't even have any place to go and cry for reimbursement.
At least with Uber, no one runs away without paying their fare...
