I've been seeing allot of these FP plates lately, even on Uber/Lyft cars. I know FP denotes "Fleet Plate", anyone know anything else about them? Just curious.

I drive a white ram promaster van for amazon. It’s registered to hertz. I have FP plates.
However, I saw actual brown UPS truck with those plates. That was a bit of a headscratcher.
