How come you support reps can never seem to provide an appropriate answer to a driver's question? It often takes 3-4 emails to get a response that suggests the support rep even read and comprehended the question.

I drive both Uber Taxi and UberX. Did you do any work on Uber Taxi matters or did they tell you anything about it? ............or was your focus elsewhere?

I find the local greenlight Uber station creepy. It's clear the "Humans" helping you have their every response fed to them by a supervisor.

Explain to these fools that no one in uber support is actually an uber employee. Even the partner support / Greenwich hubs aren't uber employees. Only operations are uber employees.

Why was uber pool in Los Angles not surging this past week. And please don't educate us in surging, we know how it works. When getting uber pool requests from thursday aug 4 to Sunday Aug 8 NO ONE in Los Angeles was getting any surge pricing... EVER. Even when they were surrounded by 15 miles of surge area. This is mathematically impossible for this to have happened. Either it was an app problem, or it was done deliberately. Which was it and why?
