Hi all,

I processed a flex pay Tuesday @ 7am for the amount of $200 (the money hit my account around midday yesterday)
Today i am trying to flex pay again for roughly the same amount (its pastm idday) and i get the message

"Unable to Cash out"
"Sorry, we can not cash out your balance right now. Please try again later. any Earnings not cashed out b Monday 4am will be included in yours scheduled weekly payment"

Kind of annoying as i'd like the money before the public holday tomorrow.

Anyone else had this problem? Or having this problem now?

Try cashing out from the online driver portal from the flexipay section.
same thing mate..
Sorry, we can not cash out your balance right now. Please try again later. Any earnings not cashed out by Monday 4am will be included in your scheduled weekly payment.

I've called them twice this morning and they have raised a ticket. But i'm not hopeful of a resolution anytime soon.
