Some snob gave me a 1 star on Saturday for safety. I didn't realize what she meant when she said kind of sarcastically, "enjoy your five stars!" when she got out of my car. Looked at my app shortly after and saw (i assume her) someone left me a 1 star with a "safety" report.

Now I get that this going to happen here and there, people suck. But suddenly only some hours later, the report has vanished. Just curious if anyone knows why it might disappear? Did uber think they're complaint was bs? here are screenshots of before and after. it's still not there anymore as of this morning.

Yes, 1 star is still there. The week didn't reset yet though, that happens at midnight tonight doesn't it?

This report disappeared in less than 24 hours. Why do they disappear?

The complaint will stay in their system forever, but will be removed from the app within 48 hours. The 1 star will stay for 500 rated rides.
