All these beauty pageants are meaningless. They all need to be abolished, starting with those kiddie pageants. Why would anyone parade around a 6 year old in a swimsuit and heavy makeup only to tell her she's not beautiful enough? Yuck!..

I actually know a makeup artist who used to work with the Miss Honduras pageant. She told me I'd be shocked to see how unattractive the contestants actually look without makeup. She said they have to put allot of work into making some of the contestants look even halfway pretty.

These pageant ladies are usually as emaciated as toothpicks. I doubt most people will even miss the swimsuit part.

Probably the reason these pageants are updating is because ratings are way down.
