Female Uber Driver -- On Phone In Woodbury--PAX not Happy

I picked up someone in Woodbury that said he had a Female driver that ticked him off because she was checking her text messages while driving him..

Mentioning the sex of Driver only in case you visit this forum and remember the ride... keep in Mind passengers dont forget either.

You'd think as PROFESSIONAL drivers ..Staying off our Our Phones while working would be just common sense

Checking her messages? Not even calling? Thats risky.
I always avoid calls when driving and instantly decline errant calls that come in. Apart from it being unprofessional, i dont need a stranger listening into my calls especially the kind of "nosey" most pax are. "How old are you" " Do you like Uber " "What do think of Trump" lol!.
But in some cases where its an emergency, like a call from Uber or home or....i take "permission" from the pax.

I once had a guy talk politics. He acted sane. I said I voted Trump. Then as he got out of the car he screamed at me and said it is not ok to like Trump in Minnesota!! I had told him I voted in Kansas City and Trump won Missouri.

I always try and like Trump for pro Trump pax and dislike for anti Trump (because like all humans, theres also what you can like and dont like about a person). And I have many, always prod and say " you can be honest and free with me, i wont get mad at ya".....yeah right!!!
I got a negative feedback from a pax once and Uber said it was about conversation. And while i couldn't be certain, i think it was a guy I dropped off at a bar and we talked about the Vikings, arguing and disagreeing on Kirk Cousins. I prefered Keenum for another year and he was adamant about Cousins. I was like Wow! I thought we bounded dude, ever since i have tempered down my opinions about the Viks and follow the lead of my 15 minute bosses.

Some of us are professional on that basis.
