I received an email saying that I picked up the wrong rider for a long trip yesterday. So they are taking my money away. I picked up the correct rider and he is a pos trying to not pay for it. In you guys experience, do you guys ever get fares readjusted?
Zero for 3,622 rides since December, 2015. Not once. Keep fighting for your money; eventually, the tracking/travel data will bear out you were the correct driver.
