Last Saturday in San Diego during the day... my App was showing large SURGE Rate zones near downtown.
No less than 3 times did I pick up a request from the SURGE ZONES but NO Surge rate was charged .
I've also noticed SURGE ZONES nearby where I am driving in my app... but once I enter that zone...The SURGE RATES disappeared.
Am I the only one getting jerked around like this?? And anyone else pickup in SURGE zones but NOT get the SURGE Rate that's posted?
