WTH! I should know better to accept pool period but sometimes its profitable. Why is it people dont understand that you have to walk when you select express pool?! I mean hello or says it right flipping there! I got a bad review on professionalism and a 2 star rating because I told a rider she had to walk. I was polite and had another rider in the car. He also tried explaining it to her. Not to mention she called me as soon as I accepted to figure out where she needed to go to meet. We have these damn things in our hands 24/7 and you mean to tell me you dont know how to read a GPS map? So when I explained it the first time I also told her that it's the same when you get dropped off. She threw such a fit and slammed my door and I'm the asshole. Smh some peoples kids LOL I try my hardest to be nice and give people the benefit of the doubt that it may be a bad day for them but nope not anymore. That sent me over. Oh not to mention I ended up taking her to her damn doorstep and still ungrateful.
