Uber really fails to understand simple business practices. The reduced fares to corner market share drum has been banged long enough. Uber should of spent all that money on building brand loyalty. Lyft will just turn around and offer something similar. And the ping pong game continues for passenger and driver loyalty. What Uber should of done like most companies have a customer loyalty program. Credits, freebies based on
