If you want to call someone then call your insurance company and whoever holds the car title and explain the situation and that you are waiting on UI if you can't pay now. Doesn't mean they will let you slide but they may be able to instruct you on what is the best way to deal with the situation. What's the worst that could happen by calling them and you never know, might work to your benefit.

If you want to call someone then call your insurance company and whoever holds the car title and explain the situation and that you are waiting on UI if you can't pay now. Doesn't mean they will let you slide but they may be able to instruct you on what is the best way to deal with the situation. What's the worst that could happen by calling them and you never know, might work to your benefit.

Write the official letter and mail it to your landlord in order to make it official and legally binding, then if he stills try’s to proceed with eviction, Tell him to suck a 🐔 and don’t go anywhere, call your vehicle financier, credit cards and utilities to get more time and just wait this out. No need to panic.

I received an email today telling me not very much at all and to expect to wait 10 days for something more, in the mail.

I filed Saturday mid-morning

Lets wait and see and not make assumptions that will get everyone worried. If you dont get any notice of the claim after about 2 weeks then its time to worry.
