Just got my tag suspended and had to pay 3 k just for late fees guys this dmv and ezpass and tlc are on the same mafia they know what they are doing to take someone money in legal way. Be careful out there

Yep, apology letter. But it's all kinda fishy, I think tolls may be unconstitutional, but maintaining bridges is expensive so no one fights it.
