Lyft never paid my sign on bonus. So I contacted support. Oddly, they told me I don't get one as I had three passengers who were on new customer promos... so of course, I sent another request.

I noticed that every time I sent a request, 3 total, once I got my reply from them, my rating went down .1 each time, despite not having taken any Lyfts at that point.

Were you rude to specific individuals responding to you, instead of just expressing your displeasure at the company/app?

An individual lyft CSR does have the ABILITY to mess with your account (as a personal abuse of position), in a variety of ways, such as editing pax ratings based on nonexistent "please change" emails or something....

However, trust me, if support requests automatically dropped rating, mine would be in deep NEGATIVE numbers long ago
