Last night i had an encore boston pickup and was directed to the new pickup area in the garage. Its really a great idea helping to get rid of that 10 minute plus wait to valet for pickups.
There is one big issue which i voiced my concern to them directly and to uber support...... the garage is a dead zone for mobile and gps making it very challenging to use rideshare apps and/or communicate with your riders.
I did suggest mobile signal boosters along the right of way....
