Can you please check if Uber Houston did indeed start taking 28% Commission from Drivers onboarded before 9/11/2015?

I wonder if it is because he was deactivated for a short period of time (his Honda Accord problem) and now that he was is trying to get reactivated after 9.11 is causing some problems. If I was him, I would go to the office and complain as obviously this CSR is not from Houston and we all know CSR's copy and paste and are somewhat goofy.

I just logged into the app for the first time this week to check on this, and there was not a updated service fee schedule to agree to.

If you notice the times on the e-mail, it only took 14 min for a response...fishy or naa?

Remember what Uber tells the PAX surge pricing gets more drivers on the road. You see a surge (red) and log on. You are excited and hopeful you can make good $$$. Once you get to surge areas poof they disappear. Read first sentence and understand that Uber accomplished what they intended to do. They got more drivers on the road. They show u $$$ and yank it away. That's the Uber way! Don't be fooled drive when u want and don't fall for these tricks.

Yeah I'm going to work like when I started just get up and go turning the app on and off and driving to surg then turn it on wait depending on luck is getting to me all the gamesmanship involved. I'm happier just driving. It's beginning to feel like the rat race I'm in at my real vocation
