The system cannot process a recomplete/refund in this case. You will receive the amount as per the bill only.
Please be more careful from next time and use stop trip only after you reach the intended destination.

So what's your point? You ended the trip early and you expect fare adjustments?? Never end a trip until the paxholes exited the car. If necessary ask them to rebook if they need to go somewhere else after trip ended.

When my ears were wet with Uber, I finished the trip after I got to the destination but one of the guy who was not the account owner didn't jump out and wanted to go his home which was a few kilometres further from there. I just drove to his home with the app open. After I dropped him off, I requested for support to the Uber and they adjusted the fare in an hour.

Why the eff is it so difficult when you are tracking us all the time, Ola?

Q: What was the surge?
A: I am not sure but it was 1.6 or 2x, as far as I remember. If it was on base rate, I wouldn't have bothered to contact Uber.

BTW, Ola seems to have many occasions with regard to the sensitivity of the slider. Why the eff is it so hard to implement the slider correctly?

Lol.Indians do things differently in the rideshare game.In other words they do nothing to help the driver.;):eek:;)

Drivers cannot refund riders as riders will have to ask for a refund. It different policy.
Uber doesn't actually "refund riders" unless they ask for it either they just take the money out of ur account and put it in theirs and if the riders doesn't complain they keep it.

Was reading something about in the US forums where drivers were complaining that they wanted to stop trip but had no connection and drove a couple of miles until they found connection to stop the trip in which case they told uber about it and refund the last couple of mines to the rider.

When they look at the bill and the "adjusted bill" Uber took out the $$ driver account pocketed it and the rider was charged the same :oops: you really don't get a dollar out of Uber unless you fight for every single dollar.

At least the policy where in Ola is straight forward. Rider has to demand a refund for any trip not taken or trip adjustments. It is not the drivers job or responsibility to be doing it as no policy exist for them to do trip on "behalf of the driver" something they are not used to at all :oops: They are probably laughing in the office and going dumb aussi want to give us money :D Our indian drivers just shut and and take the money.

Was an Ola incident when i was rider and driver continue to drive for another yes 10 minutes with the meter running :rolleyes: contacted Ola to report driver continued driving without me in the car which they can confirm as my phone gps was at drop off point and been there :p They adjusted the trip from Start to Finish in about 5 minutes and that was that.

The apps hanged, I tried to swip many times and accidentally ended the trip
Next time you accidentally end a ride with Ola just ask the rider to book again or get out of the car.

I accidentally ended an airport trip at the start. Pax tried to rebook went to another driver. Offered to take them for cash they said that they have to use a card. They decided to wait for the other driver. I asked Uber to refund the minimum fare that I received and it was done.
