This means that you're doing either two or three deliveries but receiving credit for only one.

I'm definitely not accepting any more deliveries due to this change.

Uber shoots itself in the eye yet again.

After combing through the past several months of Quest incentive emails, I see that they added this verbiage on November 5. Every message before then doesn't have the verbiage and every message after then has it. It's possible that it's just a seasonal thing and they'll remove it again in the spring.
