anyone else get them ? How do you prevent them
Unfortunately, its a common problem. :(
I experienced back ache few months back. I took a break for a week and a half, did back exercises to strengthen my back muscles and most importantly, adjusted my seat properly for long driving, specially the lumber support.

ObusForme. The cushion and the back support. The best in the business. Don't buy the massage one.

..Back exercize.
..Squats.
..Empty back pockets.
..Taking a break every hour and walking around, and doing some lunges and stretching.
..Shoes that have some heel support.
..Adjusting your seat to a proper upright position.

Etc.
