Today attempted to go online. Went to Rider app did not see my vehicle. Contacted Uber who advised to turn app off/on, then to reinstall app., then to reset entire Cell. Did all that without success. THEN Uber stated that a problem with paper regarding my account was resolved, everything was OK. No it wasn't. Still no visible icon of my vehicle in Rider app. Then, after several hours of uninstalling reinstalling etc. I received a ping. Accepted, but my vehicle was still not visible on rider app. Contacted Uber who stated that: at times a drivers vehicle will not be visible on Riders app to prevent Fraud.?????? How can I be sure I'm successsfully online in drivers App if I cant see my vehicle, as happened for hours today?
