Our driver app turns offline automatically after we ignore 3 pings in a row. even if we accidentally left the app online, it should shut down after awhile. 16+ hours of miscounted online hours should be an error from Uber system.

Now it make sense! I would turned in XL mode,then hop to pax app to see my own vehicle...after 5-10 mins, my vehicle would disappear from my GPS location! As if I accepted a request and no longer available. My partner app would still reflect I'm online but I won't be getting any ping!

You would think a 63$ billion company with millions dollars payroll on their engineers, over hundred of app updates, they can't get their F*+#% app to be more reliable than Lyft!! Wtf ??

Happened to me on Friday too. I was online for about five hours and the app had me at nine+. I've never had
that happen before.

I just ignored 2 pings, went offline for 25 minutes, went back on, ignored one more, and I'm locked out for 5 minutes lmao. I guess a long break in between still counts the missed pings.

You not answering the question.
Look it your driver mode and click on ur earnings for the week in ur app. It will tell u amount of rides and hours on line.

Its no big deal since seems like some drivers had some app problems latwly....i was just makinh sure i didn't leave my shit online all day somehow....even thou i know i auto goes off line after missing a couple
