On the dashboard there is a CSV file that you can get emailed to you.

On your PC or MAC log in to your dashboard at: partners.uber.com
Then under: Payment Statements there is a link to the "html" & "CSV" file.

Yeah! It was gone for a couple of days, but it is there now. At least for me it is back.

yeah! Check your email.
If you have several to get just click each one. They are emailed to you.
Copy all to one file, then import to a spreadsheet.
