Complained about a pax that tried to bring their small child with no carseat (under 8 requires a car or booster seat where I live).
I got an automated response that they looked at the deatils and I didn't qualify for a cancellation fee. Wrote back telling them I never asked for one and that they need to stop allowing pax to get away with asking drivers to do illegal things.
Right before my response, I got a second pax with a 4 yr old, no car seat. "I'm just going to Disneyland". It's still illegal. :/ Anyway, mentioned it in my response and ended up with 2 $8 cancellation fees. I'm not complaining!
Mine were gone from Sunday as well, RIP. They put in a few last night too. Though the additional cancellation fees were included in my instant pay when they were added. Now they're gone the next day lol
