Everything here at Uber is the driver's fault, Uber is a technology company and has no responsibility for anything. It's your responsibility to return our phone to us, verify that we got it, and make sure we stop billing you. Stopping billing, of course, is directly counterproductive to our overall goal of screwing drivers over and making more money. If you have any further concerns, please feel free to reach out to us.
