This is what lyft passengers want now. Don't use brakes. If someone wants to crash let him do that. This one went to far trying to get his money back. By lying about cursing and yelling. I liked when he said I don't know if he had a bad day. If he asked me if would say yes I am a ****ing driver. The sad part is i don't know who was the passenger.

Ask them on which trip this problem occurred, for this must be a case of mistaken identity or false accusations

Infront of my pax, I actually got sick of it by the end of the shift, and I got out my car on the light to confront this dumb driver. (yellow cab) sorry yellow cab drivers. Lol happened to me too I was in rush so just went with AutoZone. Never again! Even on hybrid I got 6 months out of their "best" pads
