(Sorry for the boast post).
Come on bro, don't hide the number of trips that you have done in total :D I have almost 11,000 trips at 4.92 :D Aiming at 4.95 right now. I am being such a good boy with the pax lately :D
Anyways, great achievement. Kudos to you
By the way, just leave it at 4.99, don't dare touching 5, because then people will start thinking that you are good for nothing :D

My 4.95 tumbled down to 4.92 in the course of a couple weeks late last year. Can't figure out what happened.
It happens. Mine are both in the low 4.9s at the moment (square/glass jaw eastside bruh millionaire roid taking frat boy triple bruh 1 starred me for pulling up on the wrong side of his narrow ass deserted road... (you pathetic soft smooth handed wimp, you).

I was 1* this week because I was “seriously so slow and unaware of traffic.” This was the day when DT was gridlocked from the protest on second. The kicker was that I was filtering north and lyft sent me the ping going the exact opposite direction.

Has anyone ever gotten a Yellow professionalism thing in their ratings screen? I've never seen that before.
Only got one, early in my career, for taking a route other than indicated. It was my first 1-star.

Since we're not employees, nor taxi drivers, but only amateur, independent car owners being matched (in theory) with individuals going the same way we were already driving, I don't see how standards of "professionalism" can be applied to us detrimentally.

On a related subject, why doesn't Boober have a badge that pax can award for "Safe driver"?

I had a sit down with an Uber employee recently. Not a Greenlight Hub employee, but an actual Uber employee. I expressed my distaste of the whole "Entertainment" and perfoming for these pax since we are basically independant cabbies. I'm not there to coddle the pax. Uber explained it to me as this:

"Uber is not just a transportation company. That's what sets us apart from the whole taxi thing. Uber is based on community and comraderie with their riders. Uber's standards are to give that passenger a very personable, friendly, and welcoming experience with their drivers while utilizing the platform. Drivers are expected to engage with passengers and encourage that sense of community and comfortness where the passenger will continue to use the Uber Platform."

Yes....we are expected to entertain the Pax. Now that whole speech the Uber employee gave me is typed out almost exactly as she said it. I left out the part where HeyNow321 leaned over and pointed his finger in her face, interrupting her and screamed "bullshit!"
