University of California-Los Angeles, both undergraduate and graduate, is 28.8% White, 25.2% Asian, 19.1% Hispanic or Latino, 4.78% Two or More Races, 3.34% Black or African American, 0.243% Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islanders, and 0.207% American Indian or Alaska Native.

University of Southern California, both undergraduate and graduate, is 31.6% White, 16.6% Asian, 14.1% Hispanic or Latino, 5.7% Black or African American, 3.39% Two or More Races, 0.252% Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islanders, and 0.186% American Indian or Alaska Native.

The problem is that Universities count people from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, The Philippines, etc as Asian.
You really can't tell what percentage of "Asian" is actually Chinese.
The Phillipines is actually the #1 supplier of Immigrants from Asia to California not China.

UCI ... the black kids are the athletes and the rest are asian with a few white kids mixed in
 
I would vote for USC.


Foreign students paid equally enormously for tuition at all three Universities. You would think Asian Americans would flock to UC for it's much lower government-subsidized cost, leaving more spaces at USC for foreign stidents, and the standards for admission are easier at USC, so foreign students can get into USC a lot easier.

UC system probably won't even accept report cards (grades) from high school in China in order to make evaluation in their admission process. Probably.
