I think when arrows indicate that YOUR lane is closing and direct YOU to change into a live lane, then YOU have to give way / priority to those vehicles ALREADY in the lane you intend to join.

The arrows MUST have a logical purpose and it's crazy to simply ignore them.

It's stupid NOT to set a rule in this regard and the bodies mentioned in the video are doing a disservice by sitting on the fence and encouraging a free-for-all.

Idiots NEED rules.
