I wanted to schedule a ride so I went on uberestimate to see how much it would cost.
After I entered the pickup location and destination, the estimator shows the route which include half of the trip on the 407.
Does it mean the toll charge is included in the estimate already? and the driver has to take that route (saves about 20 minutes)
Or does it mean the estimator doesn't know about the toll route and the driver can take other route which would take much longer?

Drivers are not slaves. You can't "insist" anything.

Tell the passenger the truth uber does not pay you enough on 407 and ask for addtional in cash or dont take its quite simple what are you afraid of?
