Was looking for a 45+ to LA this morning and turned on DF. One second later I get a $5.00 surge with a 45+ notification but I hadn’t poured my coffee yet or taken my morning constitutional. Was not expecting a hit immediately so I just stared and at it until it went away and then totally regretted it.

What would you have done? Poop or drive?

Accept, carry on as normal occasionally sending procrastinating messages like "on my way" or "just dropping off." A long trip like that, they're likely to be more patient or are still getting ready themselves.

There's no worse feeling than being stuck in the car in unfamiliar territory with an emergency poop imminent and no clue where to take it.

Take the poop in the comfort of your home before you hit the road.
Even in the worst neighborhoods, no one is gonna mess with a dude taking a dump in the middle of the sidewalk.

Im pinching that log off and giving that ride...then find a nice hotel after dropoff to do my own dropoff.Ive been is situation many times and the ride always wins out.

I remember one time I had similar situation. Got an airport request from the house when I wasnt expecting and had to take a shit. I held off and gave the ride. After I dropoff Im on my way to the Sheraton across the street to handle my business when I get a request to Oceanside. I knew it was gonna be an uncomfortable ride but that 2 ride start I couldnt pass up. I'll never forget the last 15 minutes of that drive...I felt like a lone security guard trying to fend off a hoard during black friday.

@CJfrom619 Where do you park at that particular Sheraton in order to use their bathroom?

After a drop-off a few years ago, I parked at the Hilton Bayfront to do an emergency #3 and parked in their parking garage. Came out an hour later and had to pay a $47 parking fee upon leaving said garage.
What is a #3 and how in the world does it take an hour?

I park right at the end of the valet on the red curb..all you have to do is let valet know your just using the restroom. They are always cool and might ask for keys but never been turned away. Sheraton is never that busy for them to care. They got a nice clean bathroom. My preferable restroom if I have to go #2 when on the job. I even make sure to kick valet down a few bucks for the lookout even though thats not necessary.

They were probably just going to John Wayne anyway
