I may be moving from, San Diego to, Tucson, AZ. Do any of you drive there and how's business, overall ? Thanks for your input.

I am also curious on this. I am from phoenix and will be in Tucson this weekend for a concert. Was thinking about doing a few trips before I came back to Phoenix.

Driving in Tucson is misery incarnate.

A significant amount of daytime rides involve ferrying students from one part of campus to another, for the minimum fare, down streets choked with other Ubers while pedestrians and cyclists pass you.

Any time a surge hits, pings stop altogether, and you suddenly notice full taxis everywhere. Then as soon as the surge ends, you are pinged by someone on campus going from one class to another.

At night: substitute "campus" with "4th avenue", and "class" with "bar." Add puke and stir!

New driver in Tucson. I only do late night but it is decent. Dont know what the daytime looks like, but a ton of activity around Downtown/University
