I think the license is a punch out card in the owners manual.

Driving on wrong side of the road, cutting the gas line at Costco, and going generally way too slow, and blocking the road while picking up and dropping off. What Hell-hole, Where the devil did these new-to-the-USA drivers learn to drive? Makes me long for the 70s and old Vietnamese Boat-People, God bless 'em!

Speeding up slowly saves gas. Driving the speed limit also saves gas. Prius is built to glide. Blocking the road while picking up is convenience. Cutting Costco line also saves gas, don't have to idle as much. Anymore questions?

None of those things you mentioned explain such bad driving by a majority of Prius drivers, even non TNC ride share drivers drive like crappie. So it is not an exclusive observation. Just because you drive a Prius doesn't mean you drive like crap, and that all the other don't. Being slow to save a few more cents per mile wastes all our time. Besides that, those lithium batteries are stripmined from rain forests which is not good for the environment.
