Anyone had this nonsense that they just drop you offline and say they need docs? No warning, no notifications or anything. Been driving part time for almost 4 years now to make up a bit of extra money. 3 days ago they just kicked me offline and said they needed my passport and social card. After driving an hour each way to the pathetic green light hub I was told it takes about 2 hours to be back online. 3 days later and nothing. Called the phone support line and had some lemon who I doubt has been to school helping me. All he could say it was being reviewed. No idea of anything else. I have seen unless people in my life but these guys take first place. Anyone else been through this?
