Document uploading

So a day after getting my inspection sticker (2 days after the old one expired) Uber puts me out of service and then continues to reject my photo.

So I click on the upload docs tab and then the more info link
I receive a page with a pdf for a new driver orientation pack. So they want me to read the 31 pages in search of the answer I seek.

But I have a problem. See if anyone can guess what it may be...
