I've been waiting at the airport for a while and I refuse to take another person from the airport for Uber pool. I took a guy one time up to the four seasons and made $8! I can't do that ever again, but I'm curious if you guys are taking the pool trips from the airport, because I've cancelled about ten today, and keep losing my position in the que.

I do but only once per day at most. I live south of the airport so I will start my day there. That is the only time I will do an airport pool. As much as I like pool rides, I don't feel they should be available at the airport since it is almost impossible to get a matched pool.

Agreed. Only to start my day and after that, only after dropping a pax. And airport pool only at the start of my day. Also I won't hang around any longer than 15 minutes to scarf one up.

I only do trips if there's a surge and since there is no surge from the airport I do not do return airport trips. Also at some point in any type of work I do I start to feel like I'm being used and a return airport trip is one of those instances. These are business Travelers making over $100,000 a year getting a ride for $10 ... and they dont tip... I will not give them a ride.

There is proof these business travelers are cheap as hell... they do not tip and there is absolutely no demand for a return trip from the airport for XL or select which means they are going with pool or uberX

The business Travelers are also taking Uber in various cities instead of renting a car. So what are they doing with the extra cash? They are either pocketing it with generic taxi receipts or using it for luxurious hotels, fancier meals.

It's uber not the passengers fault stop taking it personal. Most of the passengers are expensing their trips anyways.

I agree never get a return XL or Select. But I do get a fair share of rides to the airport. Don't bother with return trip ... my time is better spent taking 285 back north and getting another airport run going to the airport ... had 2 this morning.

Nope. And very annoying when pool is pinging when you haven't made it to the first pax yet, esp. in the North side cluster. I feel like the cops used to be better about clearing out scragglers and fools loading up out in the third lane...

If money is being printed then that is the solution for uberX drivers who are not getting results... buy an XL or select and hang out at Johns Creek. Or better yet move there and you can hang out on your couch while the money prints.

Correct - only twice per day. But with a select run from John's Creek twice per day, you will net more than working a 23 1/2 hour shift running uber pool.

Why 23 1/2 hour day? I figure as an X grinder running X and pool, you'll need at least 1/2 hour per day for restroom breaks! Hopefully you'll turn your app off for those restroom breaks LMAO !!!

As far as eating, I'm sure you do that at the drive-thru window with the app still on.
